Applying risk-benefit assessment in a play setting (one day)

This workshop explores the theory and practice of applying risk-benefit assessment to work with children in a play setting.

Outcomes

Learners will have the opportunity to gain increased knowledge in relation to risk management with practical examples from playwork practice and explore how to apply risk-benefit assessment in their setting.

Target audience

Childcare workers who care for children over 5years of age. This includes After school club workers, Holiday club workers, Childminders working with older Children.
