It is essential to food safety that all food handlers are aware of the hazards and controls associated with the types of food they produce. Every year, millions of people are made ill, and several vulnerable people die because of eating contaminated food. Food businesses have a legal and moral obligation to ensure they are not contributing to these statistics. All new employees should complete this training course within the first 6 month of employment.
By achieving this qualification, learners will ensure they have the necessary knowledge and skills to understand the principles of cleanliness and hygiene, as well as keeping food products safe.
This course is delivered in the classroom face to face with a tutor.

There is a charge for this course which must be received at least 21 days prior to the course date. All payments must be made using a credit or debit card using the online form. Cheques, cash, or bank transfers will not be possible. We will send you a separate email requesting this.
