Caerphilly Early Years Speech, Language & Communication Training Pathway 2023-2028

In the Caerphilly county borough, we are building a highly trained, skilled, and motivated workforce to support every child to have the best start in life.

Early Years partners have developed this training pathway to enable practitioners, to clearly identify what training they need, how to access it, and what opportunities there are to further develop their skills and knowledge. Along with training, it provides access to toolkits and self-evaluation frameworks for practitioners to use.
