Bright Beginnings

Bright Beginnings is a free 8 week programme that will support parents in the early months.

Parents will receive support, information, and advice on a range of topics including feeding, developmental milestones, home safety, well-being and baby massage.

To be eligible, children must be:

• Living in the Caerphilly county borough
• Aged 8 weeks to 6 months (but not crawling or mobile)
